After you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail from us, through which we acknowledge that we have received your order.

Your order can be delivered to one of the following addresses which are filled in correctly and without any mistakes by you:

a) in your apartment;
b) in work or business premises
The delivery time of the proposal varies from 2 to 5 working days depending on your address

For orders that have problems with the address, or for various reasons delivery is not possible, three delivery attempts are made.


Payment methods

There are two payment methods for purchases on the Recro site:
1. Pay in cash during order delivery
The money is delivered to the courier the moment you receive the order.

2. Paypal



Return Policy

Consumer's right to withdraw within 14 days:

If during the purchase from us, if the product is not within your expectation and you want the RETURN of the payment, then the notification for the return of the product must be made within 48 hours, - from the moment you received the order from our courier. The products you return must be in the original box; with their packing and packaging; not to have been used or damaged during opening and to be accompanied by all accessories, user guide sheets, together with the purchase receipt.

You then have the option to send the product within 14 days. At the moment, shipping for returning the product is paid by the customer.
